Change-of-Mind Returns (30 Days)
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Manufacturing Faults (6-Month Guarantee)
If your item develops a manufacturing fault within six months of delivery, we will cover the cost of the return. You are entitled to choose a repair, a replacement, or a full refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
Damage in Transit
Please check your order when it arrives. Any visible transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to allow us to resolve the issue with our carrier. This reporting window applies to transit damage only and does not affect your 6-month manufacturing fault guarantee.
How to Start a Return
Returns can be initiated in one of two ways:
- Online — log in to your account at account.bashfashion.co.uk to submit your return directly.
- Email — contact us at sales@bashfashion.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
For faulty items, please include photographs where possible. We will respond with return instructions within one business day.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label. Where we are unable to generate a label for your location, we will ask you to arrange the return and agree the cost with us in advance. A receipt from the carrier will be required, and we will refund the agreed amount to your original payment method.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
